If you're experiencing the "Load Error" on your system, SSD5 is unable to find your license file. The license file looks like this → ssd5-expansion_ssd_reCLA_slate_support_stevenslate.com.ssd5_slc
Please re-select the License File using the information in this article → Select Base Directory & License File
If you can't find your license file on your computer you will need to re-download it within your Slate User Account.
