If you are experiencing the "Memory Low" error when loading drum kit presets or individual drum instruments, this is most likely due to the SSD5Library being in a location that is synced to some sort of cloud system, such as iCloud, Dropbox, or One Drive.
NOTE: Mac users who have their SSD5Library folder in their Desktop or Documents will need to make sure that those locations are not iCloud-synced. See section at bottom.
As stated in the Slate Audio Center app during install, cloud locations are not supported for the SSD5Library folder.
Users who currently have their SSD5Library folder in a location that is cloud-synced have two options:
1. Move your SSD5Library folder to a location that isn't cloud-synced. Then, log in to the Slate Audio Center and go to the SSD5.5 product page. Hit the arrow next to "Re-install" and hit "locate existing library". Then locate your SSD5Library.
2. Un-sync the location your SSD5Library is currently in from the cloud system it is currently synced to (only applies to iCloud and OneDrive)
NOTE FOR MAC USERS:
Mac users who have their SSD5Library folder in their Desktop or Documents folder will need to make sure that those locations are not iCloud-synced.
An easy way to tell if your Desktop or Documents is iCloud-synced is to pull up your Desktop/Documents folder in your Finder Window. If it is iCloud-synced, you will see the iCloud symbol next to the files in that location.
