How to De-Activate and Re-Activate a License in the iLok License Manager


Some users who experience issues with Trigger showing up in the DAW list could have an issue with the iLok License Manager syncing with the system. 


  1. Sign in to iLok License Manager, click on your profile.

  2. Locate your Steven Slate Trigger product, right click on it then hit de-activate

  3. Click on the license again and reactivate the Trigger license to the desired location
