If you are experiencing the "Memory Low" error when loading Drum Kit Presets or individual drum instruments, this is most likely due to a corrupt, incomplete or altered library download.
Please you will need to delete the current Library content within your SSD5Library Folder with the exception of any expansion License Files (.slc file) you may have and re-download all 8 SlatePacks which are available within your account: http://users.drumclassroom.net/
Please download ONE SlatePack at a time and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Our support team recommends an Ethernet cable to prevent potential drop-outs. Once downloaded, use the Steven Slate Drums IM application to reinstall your SSD5Library.
